All bookings must be confirmed via full payment at the time of reservation.

We accept payments in INR and other supported payment methods.

You must respect camp property, local traditions, and wildlife.

Damages or losses caused by guests will be charged to the original card or billed separately.

Use of open flames or tampering with equipment is strictly prohibited.

Check-IN & Check Out time shall be informed time to you at time of booking.

Guests must provide valid ID (passport/Voter ID/Aadhaar) upon arrival.

No minors (under 18) are allowed without adult supervision.

Adventure activities are subject to weather, availability, and safety assessments.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any activity without prior notice for safety or operational reasons.

Participation in all activities is at your own risk. Guests must comply with guides’ instructions; failure to do so may result in service denial without refund.

We may update these Terms, pricing, and offerings at our discretion.

Guests will be bound by the latest version; current terms are always accessible on the Website.

No Refund for No-Shows: If you book and pay but do not present at the camp on the reserved date, no refund will be issued.

Cancellations by Us: If we cancel due to operational issues or safety concerns (e.g., extreme weather), a full refund will be issued within 10 working days by the original payment method.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 working days of written confirmation.

No refunds or returns are offered for partial or unused services, except as outlined above.

Refunds due to provider cancellations (ours or third-party vendors) will be processed similarly.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, injury, or damage arising from participation in activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

You agree to indemnify us, our agents, and staff against any claims or losses arising from your actions.

Our business not allow any type of Shipping and Delivery services.

Your personal information will be used solely for booking, payments, and lawful business purposes.

We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law (e.g., tourism authorities).

These Terms are governed by Indian law; disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
